Writing the Jeff Mueller introduction will definitely take more than a day. I miscalculated how much information there is about his biography and different bands. I think writing about Bear Claw, a young band with only one album, gave me a false sense of security that I could just breeze through this part of the book. I was wrong. Dead wrong.
I’m not feeling self-conscious at all today about writing. Everything is coming relatively easy and worry-free. The only problem that exists, is that seemingly every project that anyone Jeff or his bandmates has undertaken is worthy of mentioning. Bear with me, while I partake in the most ridiculous name-dropping spree I’ve ever attempted. I don’t have the time to, but if you look at the names of the people in all the other bands, it starts to draw a really disgustingly incestuous portrait of the rock and roll world. It’s like the Kevin Bacon game, but with even more obscure references!
