Artists commit themselves, rather courageously, by exposing themselves in their work. Ciriticism is easy by comparison. You're shooting baby ducks from a blind here. You're doing nothing in your treatment of VW that isn't practiced daily by a million other blogs, and as an advocate for elevating the discourse I know my argument is a futile one. I'm simply advocating a little respect for art and humanity. Whatever its quality. I am a 42-year-old one-time hardcore kid... and this kinda shit just makes me wanna lose my lunch. saw them on SNL last week whilst hanging with a few of my old-man pals (all of us ex-punk rock types; all of us boring middle-aged fathers)... we were giggling like schoolgirls. Oh, and add Mountain Goat to the list... enjoy your selections and commentary for the most part... at least some of the kids are alright so with you on Vamp WE… what the fuck are people thinking!
