However, in case you don't know, Bono has become a columnist for the New York Times! Recession, war, the Middle East, these things don't concern me, what concerns me is the abominable collaboration of Bono+NYT (quote from the column): "I’m in a crush in a Dublin pub around New Year’s. Glasses clinking clicking, clashing crashing in Gaelic revelry: swinging doors, sweethearts falling in and out of the season’s blessings, family feuds subsumed or resumed. Malt joy and ginger despair are all in the queue to be served on this, the quarter-of-a-millennium mark since Arthur Guinness first put velvety blackness in a pint glass." I can't wait to see your apocalyptic (if this doesn't call for the Apocalypse or any other mythological/religious Untergang, I don't know what does...) rage in writing!
