Before George T I was!! I was one of the founding members of Chango and I co wrote alot of the Chango songs and I wrote all the music for Mira Pa Ca and named the song!! The words however were changed and am fair to say they r better than my lyrics!! 615 243 9495 Like Paul Harvey use to say if you want to hear the rest of the story get in touch wit me. Pepe I always knew you were a snake in the grass!!

Jose,
I had hooked up with George after he returned back to Catskills . We tried to incorporate a bassist but no luck.
I’ve never stopped wearing down the grooves on your album as the high spirit interwined with graceful but prominent musical arrangements focused on the times – 60′s /70/s! These arrangements blow the metal bands and rappers off the map and with the fury of the Hammond B-3 performed with masterful wizardry- listeners of today will be better served if you can get radio stations to give airplay!
My group “American Dreamer” will be performing at Original ’69 Woodstock Site:
Nov. 4 th ’11- Bethel Woods- but if there is anything I’d locve to do is encourage you to bringf Chango back and share/ fill subsequent bills with us!

Hey Pepe! Talked with george the other night about the old band. Sure do miss all the places we went and played. Lived in oakview and george lived with me and I still can’t figure out why Dino rest his soul called me Pua. Had alot of fun on the road and still remember it like it was yesterday. Still lookimg for Tommy and Jim Nash.

Pepe, it was very cool to stumble across this interview and to see that you (and Miguel) are still around. My friends and I owned and enjoyed both of your LPs and still listen to you… The ChangÃ³ story has been untold for too long. Hope you’ll make some more music one of these days.
